Terms of service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and Relationship Foundry, LLC. They apply to every product we operate, currently Our Next Conversation and Our Launch Year. Each product also publishes its own terms covering price, billing and refunds; where a product’s terms are more specific about that product, they apply.

2. What we provide

A subscription to a guided set of questions and activities, delivered over time, together with the tools for a family to hear and respond to the answers. We may change, add or retire features as the product develops. We will not remove a member’s ability to reach content they have already created.

3. Accounts

We do not use passwords. People sign in with a link sent to their email address or a one-time code sent to their mobile number, so keeping those contact details current and private is how an account stays secure. Tell us if you believe someone else has access.

Our products are for adults. A membership may be bought as a gift, in which case the person receiving it holds the account and controls it, including their own notification settings.

4. What you write stays yours

You own the stories, answers, photographs and recordings you create. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them to advertise, to train models, or for any purpose other than running the service for you.

You give us only the permission we need to do that: to store your content, to show it to the people you have chosen to share it with, and to include it in anything you ask us to produce from it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

5. What we ask of you

  • Do not upload content you have no right to share
  • Do not use the product to harass anyone, including other people in your own family group
  • Do not try to reach another family’s data, or interfere with the service
  • Do not resell or redistribute the product

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we will say why and give a chance to put it right first.

6. Messages

Signing up means we will email you about your account, and text you if you have given us a mobile number and chosen to be reached that way. What we send, how often, and how to stop it is set out in our messaging policy. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.

7. Payment, renewal and refunds

Memberships are sold by the product, priced in US dollars and processed by Stripe. The current price, billing interval and refund window are published on the product’s own terms and refunds pages, and those are the ones that govern a purchase. We never see or store card details.

8. This is not medical or professional advice

Our products are for connection and memory-keeping. Nothing in them is a medical assessment, a diagnosis, or advice about anyone’s health or care. Talk to a qualified professional for that.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and to keep what you write safe, but we provide it as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Email and text delivery in particular depends on providers and carriers we do not control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending it

You may stop using the product at any time and ask us to delete your account and its content. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 5. Sections 4, 9 and 11 survive the end of this agreement.

11. Changes and contact

We will update these terms as the products change and will tell active members by email when a change is material. Continuing to use the product after that means accepting the new version.
